Our pricing models include…

1. HOURLY BILLING (“DO-AND-CHARGE”)
   The hourly rate depends on the work involved and therefore the expertise of the consultant required.
   
   Rates per Hour (Exc GST) $140-$255.
   
   
2. FIXED PRICE
   We quote for a specific clear scope of works.
   
   
3. PERFORMANCE-BASED
   As we are confident of our performance, we can also work on reduced hourly rates and a share of the resultant financial performance improvements made over an agreed time period.
   
   
4. RETAINER
   For those clients who may require our services over a period of time and want flexibility, we offer what is effectively "pre-paid credit". For a fixed fee over a fixed period, we provide our services at a competitive rate, within a set response time.
