RTB Values Statement
- Our work will be of the highest quality. It will be delivered in an efficient manner, making use of consultants’ strengths and of previous work. Solutions will always be tailored to meet the client’s needs, innovative if necessary. They will also be practical and sustainable, with the client’s staff owning the solutions.

RTB Code of Ethics
RTB consultants shall always act in accordance with the following principles…
- Clients’ interests will be safeguarded, particularly with respect to the confidentiality of information acquired in course of our work. Such information will not be revealed to a 3rd party unless given authority by the client. The only reason for breaching this principle shall be a legal duty to do so.
- Each consultant shall ensure that his/her knowledge and skills are up-to-date and continually being expanded upon, in order to ensure that the client is receiving the quality service being paid for.
- Each consultant shall recognize the extent and limitations of his/her professional expertise and undertake only those activities within his/her professional competence. He/she may, however, seek assistance/supervision to complete the work required, if he/she does not refer on to a competent individual. He/she shall attempt to close gaps in his/her expertise in areas that are generally considered to be standard areas of expertise for management consultants.
- Each consultant shall act in a manner becoming to a management consultant, a manner that will not bring RTB Solutions into disrepute.
- Good grooming is considered essential.
- Behaviour to be expected includes reliability, diligence, flexibility, punctuality, a courteous manner.
- Political sensitivity should be evident.
- With regard to business social occasions, consultants should NEVER become inebriated in the company of business clients, client’s staff members or other business contacts.
- Consultants should never take liberties with relationships formed via the business.
- Each consultant shall be fair and objective, not allowing prejudice, bias or a conflict of interest to interfere in service delivery.
- Each consultant shall be honest with client and management – including honesty with regard to recording billable work hours. He/she shall not undertake illegal or ethically unsound activities.
- Each consultant shall establish and maintain an open communication channel with the client and the client’s staff and with other RTB consultants. He/she shall be a “team player”.
